Michelin Primacy 5

215/45R18 93W

The Primacy 5 is a high performance Summer tyre for use on Cars and SUVs, which promises the same level of safety from the first mile to the last. The Primacy 5 gives outstanding wet braking performance, lifelong safety and its next generation technology make it a significant advance on its predecessor.

• Best possible EU Wet Grip rating of A across the range.
• Suitable for use on Electric and Hybrid vehicles as well as traditional Internal Combustion Engine vehicles.
• Excellent longevity, with an 18% increase in tyre life v predecessor.

• Next generation Michelin EverGrip and Michelin EverTread Technologies feature performance optimised sculpture and a new long lasting tread pattern that helps to optimise water evacuation. This provides excellent wet braking performance from the first to the last mile without compromising tyre longevity.
• The Primacy 5 tyre delivers 18% more mileage compared to its predecessor by utilising MaxTouch technology to maximise contact with the road and evenly distribute the forces of acceleration, braking and cornering to deliver longer tread life, without compromising safety.
• A new Michelin patented tread compound improves tyre longevity and resistance to abrasion.
• Designed as a perfect partner for Hybrids and EVs. A high performance tread rubber compound reduces rolling resistance to improve energy consumption, helping to extend the EVs battery range. A new tread pattern design helps reduce noise, which is much more noticeable in an EV.
• Short braking distance on wet and dry roads.
