• Expedite RA801E Deestone Expedite RA801E are ultra-high-performance tyres aimed at sports cars, sporty estates and heavier premium cars and intended to unleash your ‘need for speed’ with optimised high-speed control, and the handling stability to take on sharp corners and wet roads. Expedite RA801E tyres are made from a new advanced tyre compound (DSC) which has helped reduce their rolling resistance and extend mileage durability. The RA801E is essentially a summer performance tyre but we have seen them described as all-season because of their good water dispersal. • Expedite Carreras R702 Another of Deestone’s street sports tyres is called the Carreras R702. In a test comparing them against the new Expedite car tyres, the latter were found to provide better driving comfort, dry and wet handling, steering response, high speed stability and noise control. Handling and steering response have been improved by a bead reinforced centre rib and an asymmetric tread design that features semi-connecting blocks and four straight grooves – which also helps maintain control in the wet. A variably pitched multi-siped shoulder helps reduce their rolling noise and improves passenger comfort.
