Hankook 4x4 tyres at Protyre

  • Hankook Ventus S1 Evo 2 4WD vehicles that rarely venture off-road may find a good match in the Hankook Ventus tyre family. For example, the Hankook Ventus S1 evo2 SUV is a premium performance summer tyre with low rolling resistance and therefore good fuel economy. These have a conventional road-focused tread pattern that provides a comfortable, low-noise ride, so you will appreciate them on longer journeys. They provide dependable braking and have excellent resistance to aquaplaning if you hit standing water.

  • Hankook Ventus ST Hankook 4x4 tyres also include the Ventus ST which has a different V-shaped tread pattern and is manufactured from a different compound. The result is better all-round performance. Although they are still classed as a summer tyre, in our experience they provide improved all-season control, with good grip in both wet and dry conditions, good handling and a comfortable ride.

  • Hancook Dynapro range For touring and light off-roading, the best Hancook 4x4 tyres are the more rugged Dynapro range. The HP2 and H/T are great all-season choices, while the A/T and M/T Dynapros have more suited to off-road driving. The Dynapro HP2 RA33 is a very hard wearing and excellent all-rounder providing low noise, comfort and excellent grip. This is one of the best Hankook 4x4 tyres available.

  • Hankook DynaPro ATM RF10 For multi-terrain all-season use, look for the Hankook DynaPro ATM RF10. It has great ratings for dry grip, wear resistance, comfort, and decent grip in the snow. Tyres in this class aren’t optimised for summer road performance but they are still an excellent choice.

  • Hankook Winter i-cept range If you are looking at Hankook 4x4 tyres for the winter months, consider the new Hankook Winter i-cept range.

    Tyres for your car

Tyres may not be the first thing you consider when it comes to vehicle safety, but tyres are your vehicle’s only link with the road. In fact, your safety (and that of your passengers) actually relies on an area of contact between the tyre and the road surface, which is no bigger than the palm of your hand.
