Pay later from Klarna provides you with the option to pay for your order 30 days after you place your order at Protyre. If your Pay later request is accepted, we will send you an email with payment instructions once your order is shipped. Just follow the link in the email to view your order.

Has Klarna received my payment?
When your payment has been received, you will be sent a payment confirmation email to the address you used when ordering. If you do not receive this confirmation, please login to your account on the Klarna website or via the app to see your payment status.
I haven't received my email with statement number/payment information.
If you do not have your statement number to hand, please login on the Klarna website with your email address to find the payment details for your statement. Alternatively, you can log in to the Klarna app for iOS and Android.
How is statement sent?
If you have chosen to Pay later, you will receive an email from Klarna explaining how and when to pay.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay for your purchases whenever you like. Simply log in to the Klarna website
here and make a secure payment using either a debit or credit card. Logging in is quick and easy, just follow these three steps:
- Log into your Klarna account through their website, or the Klarna app for iOS or Android.
- Enter your email address used when making the purchase
- No passwords required, simply select the secure login link Klarna has just sent to the above email address
Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. All transactions take place via secure connections, protected with the latest industry standard security protocols. Payments cannot be made by telephone or bank transfer.
When should I receive my Pay later statement?
Your statement will be sent by email once the Protyre has confirmed your order.
What information do I need to provide when I buy?
When making a purchase with Klarna you will need to provide your mobile telephone number and your email address. All information will be sent to your email address, so please ensure that you provide the right contact details.
What happens if I forget the payment date of a statement?
Payment is due 30 days after the order is placed on Protyre.co.uk. To help you pay on time, Klarna will alert you two days before a payment is due. You’ll also receive email reminders.
How can I increase my chances of being offered Pay later?
To increase your eligibility for Pay later, please help Klarna eliminate some top decline reasons:
- Make sure that your name and billing address match those held by your bank account, or electoral roll
- Attempt to order with a lower basket value, if possible.
