Well done to our centre in Carlisle, located on Sheffield Street, which was recently shortlisted for a customer service award.

The centre was in the running for a Carlisle Living Award, which celebrates the best that the city has to offer, in the category of Customer Service Provider of the Year.

While the centre was just pipped to award, the nomination was a testament to the great work undertaken by the team at the centre.

Peter Cawson, centre manager, said: “We’ve worked hard over many years to establish a reputation for high quality customer service, so being shortlisted for this award made me and the rest of the team really proud.

“We may not have won on this occasion, but coming close has giving us something to aim for next year!”
