Protyre Tyre Safety Campaign Wins Twice at PRCA Dare Awards
Last night over 100 PR agency staff and clients met at the stylish Old Ikon Gallery at Fazeley Studios in Birmingham to celebrate the midlands branch of the PRCA Dare Awards.
Protyre were there with PR agency WAA Chosen who together worked on our highly successful Tyre Safety month campaign which was shortlisted for two awards.
To the delight of the Protyre and WAA Chosen teams, we picked up both awards in their given categories:
- Digital & Social Media Campaign of The Year
- Integrated Campaign of The Year
The campaign which ran in October 2017 supported automotive charity Tyre Safe
in their annual Tyre Safety Awareness month. TyreSafe, founded in 2006, is the UK’s charity dedicated to raising awareness of the importance of correct tyre maintenance and the dangers of defective and illegal tyres.
The main focus of the campaign was the below video which demonstrated the real life importance of tread depth on tyres demonstrated by super-vlogger @shmee150
