Protyre are proud to reveal that we have won the ‘Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award’ for the first time, surpassing the Gold Trusted Service Award status we achieved four years running!

We strive to provide every one of our customers with exceptional customer service which is reflected in the positive feedback we continuously receive on the Feefo platform.
 

Feefo – who are they and what do they do?

Feefo is an independent platform providing consumers with the opportunity to communicate their experiences with companies by leaving reviews related to their transactions. Consumers rate their experiences from 1 to 5 stars, with 1 star representing a very negative experience and 5 stars representing a very positive experience. The Feefo platform is a great tool for customer engagement, allowing the Protyre team to either make improvements to, or retain elements of, the way we operate on the back of the positive, or, negative customer feedback that we receive.
 

How do you qualify for Feefo’s Platinum Trusted Service Award?

To qualify for the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award, companies must achieve the Gold Trusted Service Award for three years in a row. We are absolutely thrilled to have been awarded the most prestigious of Feefo accolades, the Platinum Trusted Service Award, having secured Gold status in four consecutive years.
