For consistently receiving a score of 98% for customer satisfaction, Protyre has been granted the prestigious Gold Trusted Merchant Award, for the second year in succession!
Protyre, uses Feefo, an independent online review platform with a customer service ratings system to monitor the satisfaction of its customers. 
After using this service for nearly two years, Protyre has collected over 14,000 Feefo reviews. Each time a customer visits a centre they are invited to leave feedback regarding their experience, so the satisfaction score is based reviews from real customers. By studying this feedback – Protyre can be certain that every centre is keeping to the highest level of customer service.
