Aprilia has overhauled the RSV4's engine, with more than 16 additional HP and a weight drop of 2.5kg, to produce the world's first production model with a narrow V4 engine. Powerful and innovative, the power to weight ratio of the radical new V4 engine takes it beyond the 200HP peak, while increasing the already generous torque.

APRC gives you the ability to fine tune your ride with a series of bespoke settings, including traction and wheelie control and quick shift, plus the highly advanced 3 level ABS control. With levels dedicated to track riding, street performance and surfaces with poor grip, the settings combine with 3 different engine maps allowing the rider to customise their ride.

The Aprilia RSV4 uses Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP as OEM tyres, thanks to their enhanced patch technology and tri-zone compound, for an optimal contact patch and superior handling and grip in any conditions. These tubeless tyres feature the same tread design as that used by the 2012 World Superstock 1000 champion and highlight the perfect synergy between the tyre carcass and Pirelli's innovative compounds.
