Protyre Driving Safe Campaign - Terms & Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions for the Protyre Driving Safe campaign.

£10 off brakes when spending £100 or more

  • Offer valid in-store only

  • Offer entitles customers to receive £10 off Brakes when spending £100 or more.

  • This offer is open to Protyre retail customers only.

  • Offer is valid at the Protyre centres listed on the customer letter.

  • One voucher per customer. Valid for single use only. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late vouchers will not be accepted.

  • The Promoter has the authority to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time and without prior notice.

  • No cash alternative.

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

£20 off 4 tyres or £10 off 2 tyres

  • Offer entitles customers to £5 off a tyre

  • This offer is open to Protyre retail customers only.

£15 Free Fuel Card with MOT

  • Offer entitles the named customer in receipt of a Protyre letter or email with a valid offer code to a pre-paid £15 Free Fuel Card and a Class IV MOT for £19.99).

  • To receive a £15 Free Fuel Card, customers must enter a valid discount code on protyre.co.uk OR bring a letter/email addressed to them with a valid offer code to their Protyre centre, where the voucher code will be entered by Protyre staff against their transaction.

  • To claim the £15 Free Fuel Card the MOT needs to be purchased and paid for by midnight on 31/08/2021.

  • The Fuel gift pre-paid Card is subject to availability.  The Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative reward of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

  • Micheldever Tyre Services Ltd t/a Protyre reserve the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions or to withdraw the promotion at any time.

  • As at 19/08/2021 the Protyre Fuel Promotion claim engine is no longer running, and all our £15 Fuel Cards have been used.  If you received a fuel card claim code and have yet to claim it, please email the claim code and your details to [email protected]. For those who have not received a fuel card claim code and used the promotional voucher code with your transaction you will automatically receive a promotional award of a £15 cheque. If you have not received a fuel card claim code or the alternative promotional award and believe you took part in the promotion, please send your details to [email protected] who will look into this for you.

  • Deadline for all claims is 31 December 2021.

  • The card has automatically been loaded with the fund amount qualified for.  No fees or charges apply to the use of this card.  Once the funds on the card have been used the card can be discarded.

  • Within 28 days of the completion of a Class 4 MOT using the valid offer code entered, the customer receives a reward email with a unique claim code together AND a link to a reward claim site https://protyrefuelpromotion.co.uk/

  • The customer enters their unique claim code on the official claim form completed online at https://protyrefuelpromotion.co.uk/

  • The unique code is valid for 6 months from the date of the reward email being sent. Once expired the free fuel card can no longer be claimed.

  • Completion of the mandatory fields is necessary to fulfil your Free Fuel gift pre-paid Card.  Date of birth is only required for the activation of the Free fuel gift pre-paid card. Your data will be kept secure and will not be used for any other purpose. Personal data will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling your Free Fuel gift pre-paid Card and will be used for any other purpose.

  • On-screen confirmation and email is provided upon successful submission of the claim.

  • The customer will then receive through the post their Free Fuel Gift card , supplied in the form a pre-paid card.

  • The Fuel gift pre-paid Card will be valid for 22 months from date of issue. Any unused funds remaining on the card after this will be lost.

  • This offer is open only to Protyre retail customers who are UK residents aged 18 and over.

  • Offer is valid at the Protyre centres listed on the customer email or letter.  Only the named individual can redeem the offer.

  • One voucher per customer. Valid for single use only. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late vouchers will not be accepted.  Voucher is non-transferrable.

  • No cash alternative.

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  • By participating in this Promotion the details you provide on the online claim form will be processed by third party partners (Grace & Courage and Prepaid Financial Services) to issue the Fuel gift pre-paid Card and the information given will be checked by Prepaid Financial Services to confirm the identity of the claimant.

  • If the amount of value available on the Fuel gift pre-paid Card is less than the fuel value being purchased the pre-paid Card will not work. Customers will be required to pay the difference by other means first (cheque, cash, debit or credit card) then use the pre-paid Card to pay the outstanding balance provided it is the same or less than the value remaining on the pre-paid Card.

  • The Fuel gift pre-paid Card cannot be used to purchase fuel via a Pay@Pump facility. Your Fuel Gift pre-paid card cannot under any circumstances be used to withdraw cash via cashback and cannot be used for cash withdrawals via ATM.

  • The Fuel gift pre-paid Card is issued by Prepaid Financial Services Ltd, an Electronic Money Institution authorised in the UK by the FCA with Firm Reference number 900036; pursuant to license from Mastercard International. Mastercard® is a registered trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated. Prepaid Financial Services Ltd’s company registration number is 06337638 and its registered office is at Fifth Floor, Langham House, 302-308 Regent Street, London, W1B 3AT.

  • Only one claim per vehicle is permitted. Entry into this promotion cannot be in conjunction with any other offer. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late claims will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate. The Promoter's decision is final.

  • The Fuel gift pre-paid Card is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
