Claimants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions under the Promotion, under which, the following definitions apply:
| Claimant: | A person who correctly submits a Coupon Code, under the terms of the Promotion, to a Participating Dealer to receive the Discount on their purchase of Tyres. |
| Coupon Code: | A unique code issued by the Promotor to the Claimant, which must be submitted by the Claimant to a Participating Dealer, in order to receive the Discount on their purchase of Tyres; |
| Discount: | Thirty pounds (£30) off the Claimant’s purchase of Tyres from a Participating Dealer, purchased and fitted in a single transaction on the same date; |
| Participating Dealer: | An authorised motorcycle tyre fitting dealer, as listed on the Coupon Code registration form on the Website; |
| Promotion | The Pirelli Coupon Code Promotion; |
| Promotion Period: | From 00:01am (GMT) on 3rd March 2025 until 11:59pm (GMT) on 30th April 2025; |
| Promotor: | Pirelli UK Tyres Limited, Derby Road, Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, DE13 0BH; |
| Promotor’s Privacy Policy | The Promotor’s privacy policy which can be accessed at: https://www.pirelli.com/tyres/en-gb/learn/privacy-policy; |
| Tyres: | A set of brand-new Pirelli motorcycle tyres (comprising one front tyre and one rear tyre) of the products listed below (in any rim size) which have been purchased by the Claimant from a Participating Dealer and which have been fitted to a motorcycle in a single transaction on the same date: • Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV; • Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV Corsa; • Pirelli Angel GT II; • Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP; or • Pirelli Scorpion Trail III; |

2. The promoter of the Promotion is Pirelli UK Tyres Limited, Derby Road, Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, DE13 0BH.
3. The Promotion will run for the duration of the Promotion Period, unless otherwise terminated by the Promotor.
4. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, the Claimant must be a resident of the United Kingdom and over eighteen (18) years of age.
5. The Promotion is open to individual consumers only, corporate entities or resellers are not permitted to take part in the Promotion.
6. In order to obtain a Coupon Code, the Claimant must provide a valid email address on the Coupon Code registration form, on the dedicated Promotion page accessed via the Website, following which, the Promotor will issue the Coupon Code by email to the Claimant’s nominated email address.
7. Each Claimant is entitled to claim one (1) Coupon Code during the Promotion Period.
8. To claim the Discount, the Claimant must arrange to have Tyres fitted by a Participating Dealer within the Promotion Period, and at the point of sale of the Tyres, the Claimant must present to the Participating Dealer the email containing the Coupon Code (in electronic or paper format).
9. Having complied with all requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Claimant will receive the Discount off the total sale price of Tyres at the point of sale, with the outstanding balance to be paid to the Participating Dealer. The Participating Dealer (or the Promotor) shall not be liable to provide the Discount if the Claimant fails to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions.
10. Any Coupon Code submitted to a Participating Dealer outside of the Promotion Period will be invalid and will not be accepted under the terms of this Promotion. The Promotor and Participating Dealer shall have no liability for any failure by the Claimant to use the Coupon Code during the Promotion Period.
11. Tyres must be purchased from and fitted by a Participating Dealer in a single transaction on the same date, within the Promotion Period. If Tyres are purchased separately and / or if Tyres are fitted separately (for example, on two dates within the Promotion Period), this shall not be permitted for the purposes of claiming the Discount under this Promotion.
12. The Promotor shall have no liability for any failure by the Claimant to provide a valid email address in the Coupon Code registration form accessed via the Website, and / or any technical issues that may arise which leads to the Claimant not receiving the Coupon Code email.
13. The Promotor shall be under no obligation to deliver the Coupon Code to any email address, other than the email address specified by the Claimant on Coupon Code registration form accessed via the Website. The Promotor shall be under no obligation to deliver the Coupon Code to the Claimant via any other method or means (for example by text message or by post).
14. Provision of the Coupon Code is strictly subject to availability and the terms of the Promotion are subject to change at any time, without prior notification to the Claimant or any third party. The Promotor reserves the right to substitute the Coupon Code with another item of equal or greater value should the need arise.
15. The Coupon Code is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and will not be substituted for an equivalent cash value.
16. The Promotor is the “Data Controller” for the purposes of relevant data protection legislation applicable to this Promotion. Any personal data submitted by the Claimant on the Website as part of the Promotion shall be processed and used in accordance with Promotor’s Privacy Policy and also used for marketing
purposes. Any personal data submitted by the Claimant to the Participating Dealer is not covered by the Promotor’s Privacy Policy. The Claimant(s) may, at any time after claiming the Discount ask the Promotor to irretrievably delete any personal data held about them which the Promotor holds and may intend to use for the reasons specified in these Terms and Conditions, by writing to its registered office marked for the attention of the Data Protection Officer and / or by emailing [email protected].
17. The Promotor reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time before the end of the Promotion Period, at its sole discretion.
18. The Promotor reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions, without notice to the Claimant(s) and / or any third party.
19. The Promotor shall not be responsible or liable for:
a) any failure to receive submissions from the Claimant(s) due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control;
b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions, Coupon Code registration submissions or entries;
c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures including but not limited to the Website;
d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the Promotor’s control;
e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.
20. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Promotor, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Claimant or accept any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the Promotion and / or the Coupon Code. This limitation of liability shall not apply to liability arising from fraud (including fraudulent misrepresentation), death or personal injury caused because of the Promotor’s negligence. The Claimant’s statutory rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
21. The Claimant will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs or expenses relating to their purchase of the Tyres.
22. The Promotion is governed by English law and the Promotor and Claimant(s) shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales in the event of a dispute.
