No-pass-no-fee MOT Terms & Conditions

• Offer entitles customer to receive a no-pass-no-fee MOT.

• This offer is open to Protyre retail customers only.

• Offer is valid at the Protyre centres listed on the customer letter and for the named individual and vehicle only.

• On completion of MOT if the vehicle fails customer incurs no fee and is entitled to take the vehicle away to consider subsequent repairs and MOT Retest.

• Any subsequent repair work carried out at Protyre and MOT pass are invoiced at the standard Protyre rate.

• Any subsequent return to Protyre for re-test and MOT fail is invoiced at half the current ministry rate.

• Vehicles must be re-tested within 9 days of a failure.

• One voucher per customer. Valid for single use only. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late vouchers will not be accepted.

• Customers can claim their voucher until 2 months after the stated MOT Due Date.

• The Promoter has the authority to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time and without prior notice.

• No cash alternative.

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

• By participating in this promotion, an entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by other requirements set in the Promotional material
