Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) when entering the Campaign.

1. The following definitions apply to these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter

1. The promoter is Micheldever Tyre Services Ltd, Micheldever Station, Winchester, Hampshire, SO21 3AP T/A Protyre (“Protyre”). 

Promotion Period

1. The Campaign will be open during the Promotion Period. Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be valid or accepted.

Eligibility

1. To be eligible to participate in the Campaign you must be a resident in the Territory aged 18 or over (“Participant”).

2. Employees or agents of Protyre, or their families or households, or anyone professionally connected to the Campaign or any group company of Protyre are not eligible to enter.

3. The Campaign is only available to consumers (i.e. not to any business or reseller). Each Participant may submit a maximum of one (1) entry. 

Entry

1. An entry into the Campaign must be made by the Participant, and must not be made through agents or third parties.

2. Entry is free.

3. Only one entry per customer.

4. No purchase necessary.

Receipt of the Gift

1. Protyre will draw five winners at random in an independently supervised draw to take place on 13th December 2021.

2. The five £100 Love2Shop prize winners will be notified by post, telephone or email during the week commencing the 13th December 2021. If the prize is not claimed or accepted in 30 days after notification, a new winner will be selected.

3. Protyre will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery of the Gift is made within twenty-eight (28) days of the prize winner being drawn and notified.

4. Delivery of the vouchers will be handed over to the winner at their nearest Protyre centre.

5. Winners will be required to have their photo taken and used for promotional purposes.

6. The vouchers are subject to availability. Protyre reserves the right to provide similar substitutes of equal or greater value to the Gift.

7. The vouches are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and will not be substituted for an equivalent cash value.

Privacy and Data Protection

1. Protyre is the Data Controller for the purposes of data protection legislation. Any personal information submitted by the Participant shall be processed in accordance with Protyre’s Privacy Policy, which is available to view at https://www.protyre.co.uk/legal-advisory/privacy-policy  

General

1. Protyre reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time before the end of the Promotion Period.

2. Protyre reserves the right to refuse to award the Gift to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Protyre reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions.

4. Protyre will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or entries; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures including but not limited to the Website; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond Protyre’s control; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Campaign. 

5. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Protyre, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Participants or accept any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the Campaign. The above limitation of liability shall not apply to liability arising from fraud (including fraudulent misrepresentation) or death or personal injury caused as a result of Protyre’s negligence. The Participants statutory rights are not affected.

6. The Participants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs or expenses which are not stated in the Terms and Conditions as being included.

7. The Campaign is governed by English law and the Participants shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

£20 off 4 Tyres or £10 off 2 Terms & Conditions

• Offer entitles customers to £20 off 4 Tyres or £10 off 2 Tyres.

• This offer is open to Protyre retail customers only.

• Offer is valid at the Protyre centres listed on the customer letter.

• One voucher per customer. Valid for single use only. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late vouchers will not be accepted.

• The Promoter has the authority to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time and without prior notice.

• No cash alternative.

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

• By participating in this promotion, an entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by other requirements set in the Promotional material.

MOT for £20 with Free Retest Terms & Conditions

• Offer entitles customer to a £20 Class 4 MOT with free retest, excludes specialist parts and oils. Repairs must be carried out at the same test centre and retested within ten working days.

• This offer is open to Protyre retail customers only, using the offer code provided to the customer.

• Offer is valid at the Protyre centre listed on the customer letter.

• One voucher per customer. Valid for single use only. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late vouchers will not be accepted.

• The Promoter has the authority to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time and without prior notice.

• No cash alternative.

• One voucher per customer. Valid for single use only. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late vouchers will not be accepted.
