MICHELIN SPRING CAMPAIGN PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS UK
1: The Michelin 'Spring Campaign Promotion’ (the 'Promotion') and Win Back The Cost of
Your Tyres (‘Prize Draw’) is open to all retail consumers who are UK residents aged 18 or
over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly
associated with the creation and administration of this Promotion and Prize Draw.
2: By participating in this Promotion and Prize Draw, Claimants agree to be bound by these
terms and conditions, and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. The
Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a rebate to anyone in breach
of these terms.
3: Completion of the mandatory fields is necessary to carry out identity checks and to
validate your claim.
4: There is a purchase requirement. Claimants must purchase one or two Michelin
motorcycle tyres listed in Section 5 below in one transaction between 1st March 2026 and
30th April 2026, which must be fitted to a motorcycle by that same dealer. A copy of a
purchase invoice is required.
Cashback values are as follows when purchasing:
• a single rear Michelin tyre £15;
• two rear Michelin tyres £30;
• a single front Michelin tyre £10;
• two front Michelin tyres £20 and;
• a front and a rear Michelin tyre £35.
5: Eligible tyres include: MICHELIN Anakee Adventure, MICHELIN Anakee Adventure 2,
MICHELIN Anakee Road, MICHELIN Commander III Cruiser, MICHELIN Commander III
Touring, MICHELIN Power 6, MICHELIN Power Cup 2, MICHELIN Power GP2, MICHELIN
Road 6, MICHELIN Road 6 GT, MICHELIN Road 6 W GT, MICHELIN Scorcher 11,
MICHELIN Scorcher 11F, MICHELIN Scorcher 11T, MICHELIN Scorcher 21, MICHELIN
Scorcher 31, MICHELIN Scorcher Adventure, MICHELIN Scorcher Sport. Online tyre
purchases are not eligible for this Promotion and Prize Draw.
6. The opening date for claims is 12:00am on 1st March 2026. The closing date for claims is
11:59pm on 31st May 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
7. Win Back the Cost of Your Tyres Prize Draw:
7.1 Claim on the 'Spring Campaign Promotion’ and opt-in to receive marketing materials
from Michelin to be entered into a Prize Draw to win back the cost of your tyre purchase (up
to two tyres). The prize is to win back the full cost of your tyre purchase under the Promotion
for up to two tyres.
7.2. To enter the Prize Draw: (1) purchase up to two Michelin tyres and (2) submit a valid
claim at offer.michelin.co.uk/2wh-spring2026-uk and (3) consent to the marketing opt-in at
the point of making the claim. All three steps must be completed in order to make a valid
entry to the Prize Draw. If you consent to the marketing opt-in afterwards or separately to
making the claim, the entry will not be valid.
7.3. The Prize Draw entries will be randomly selected by PHL and the winner will be selected
from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. The
winner will be selected 8th June 2026 and the winner will be notified by email.
7.4. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the
Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select
another winner in accordance with the process described above.
8: Promotion only available at participating tyre dealers. A list of the participating dealers can
be found at https://www.michelin.co.uk/promotions-michelin. If claimants are in doubt please
ask your tyre dealer in advance if your purchase will qualify for this Promotion.
9: Claims must be made on an official claim form completed online at
offer.michelin.co.uk/2wh-spring2026-uk and must be accompanied by with an uploaded,
clear, and legible receipt highlighting the tyres purchased and registration. It is
recommended that you keep a copy for your records. An on-screen confirmation is provided
upon successful submission of the claim. Claimants must also supply their full name, and
email address or contact telephone number and these details will be used by the Promoter
only in accordance with Michelin Tyre Plc Data Protection and Privacy Policies which can be
found online on the claims portal.
10: Only one claim per motorcycle is permitted. Entry into this Promotion and Prize Draw
cannot be in conjunction with any other offer.
11. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late claims will not be accepted. The Promoter
reserves the right to investigate, and where necessary, dispute a claim if it believes the claim
is not legitimate and amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion or Prize Draw where it
becomes necessary to do so. In such circumstances, payment to the Claimant’s bank
account may be withheld until the Promoter is satisfied that the claim is legitimate. In order to
satisfy itself that the claim is legitimate the Promoter shall review the claim information
including but not limited to the Claimant’s name, email address, physical address, vehicle
registration number, IP location, and any other information deemed necessary by the
Promoter to ascertain that the Claimant is complying with these terms and conditions. The
Promoter’s decision is final.
12: All personal data collected for the administration of this Promotion shall not be retained
by the promoter and will be destroyed securely following the closing date of the Promotion.
13: We will endeavour to process your claim as quickly as possible but please allow 3
working days to process your claim and up to 60 working days for payment to be authorised
and confirmed, and depending on your bank, for the monies to arrive in your account.
14: The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter
or amend the Promotion or Prize Draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if
circumstances arise outside of its control.
15: The Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative reward of equal value in
the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
16: The Promoter excludes liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss,
damage or injury occurring to the participants arising from his or her entry into the Promotion
or Prize Draw.
17: These terms are governed by English law. If you are a consumer then, wherever you
live, you can bring claims against us in the English courts and if you live in Wales, Scotland
or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live
in, If you are a consumer, we can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in. If
you are a business, you irrevocably agree to submit all disputes arising out of or in
connection with our contract with you to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

incomplete data, object to the processing of your data and supress information which relates
to you. You may also have the right to request the deletion of personal data or restrict the
processing of your personal data. The Promoter will process Claimants’ data based on these
terms and conditions. The Promoter will only retain claimants’ information for 3 months after
the end of the Promotion.

Personal data collected is being collected by The PHL Group (on behalf of Michelin), solely
to manage and administer the Promotion, arrange your bank transfer and to verify the
information provided. Your data may be shared with third parties in order to verify your
identity and carry out security checks. We also use a third-party email provider, Force 24
Limited, to send you service emails relating to the Promotion. Your data will be processed
based on your agreement to the Promotion terms and conditions and will be retained for no

Marketing – if you select to receive marketing, personal data collected for marketing
purposes is being collected by The PHL Group. Michelin will use your consent as the legal
basis for collecting your information as requested for marketing purposes. Michelin will

heard from you for a while or notice that you have not opened our emails etc. in a period of
