UK only. Aged 17+. The promotion runs from 01.07.23 to 31.07.23. Free air-con or tyre check booking or Continental tyre purchases made via Protyre retail centres and its website only, single transaction. The wheelspin game can only be played online. Proof of a free air-con check, tyre check or purchase of one or more Continental car, van or 4x4 tyres are required to play, claim a prize, and enter the prize draw to win a family bike package. The grand prize consists of one family bike package, which is to be won by midnight on 31.07.23. By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

 

  1. Eligibility: Promotion open to Protyre retail customers only, residents in the UK aged 17 years+. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, retailer, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion and trade customers (fleet and company vehicle drivers) are not eligible to enter this promotion.

 

  1. Entry Options:

Customers can enter the promotion by either booking a free air-con or tyre check or purchasing one or more Continental tyres.

 

No Purchase Necessary:

Customers can participate in the promotion by booking a free air-con or tyre check without making a purchase. Booking must be made between 01.07.23 to 31.07.23 and be carried out by 17:00 on 14.08.2023

 

3. Purchase Option: Customers can also enter the promotion by purchasing one or more Continental car, van or 4x4 tyres in a single transaction between 01.07.23 to 31.07.23. A list of participating centres is available at www.continentalwinners.com/uk/protyre/bike

 

4. Fair Chances:

The odds of winning are the same for participants who book a free air-con or tyre check and those who make a Continental tyre purchase.

No preference or advantage will be given to either group during the prize draw.

 

5. The Offer: Book a FREE aircon or tyre check, or purchase one or more Continental car, van or 4x4 tyres before 31st July for your chance to win this fantastic family prize. Plus, a chance to spin to win cycling accessories or a bike voucher prize. Once you’ve spun the wheel, win or lose, you can then opt-in to be entered into the Grand prize draw to win a family bike package worth £1500.

 

  1. Wheel spin:

A. After making a valid FREE aircon or tyre check or purchasing one or more Continental tyres, visit www.continentalwinners.com/uk/protyre/bike

B. Click on the ‘Get started’ button.

C. Fill in all the required fields and enter the unique code found on the voucher provided to you in store once you have completed a FREE air-con or tyre check or fitting of one or more Continental tyres

D. Then click on the ‘Spin to win’ button. Only one entry per valid free check or purchase is allowed, and all entries must be made before midnight, 14.08.23.

E. If your details check out, you will be taken through to the wheel spin, which will land on either:

 i. Tour de France promotional merchandise (sweatshirt/hoodie)

 ii. Tour de France fan cap 

 iii. Continental water bottle 

  iv. Bicycle helmet 

  v. Continental tyre protector covers (2 pack)

   vi. Bicycle vouchers

 

b.  Once you land on prize, you will receive an email to the address previously provided confirming your prize.  

c.  The Promoter will require 28 days to verify valid claims and fulfil the prizes thereafter. 

 

7.      Grand Prize:

 

A. The promotion runs from 01.07.23 to 31.07.23. However, entrants will have until midnight on 14.08.23 to upload their proof of purchase and participate in the game and enter the Grand prize draw.

B. The winner of the Grand prize draw will take place week commencing 11.09.23. The winner will be selected at random by the Promoter under the supervision of an independent observer.

C. The winner will be notified via email and phone by 15.09.23. The winner will need to respond within 5 working days to confirm they wish to claim their prize; otherwise, the prize will be redrawn and offered to the next winner.

D. The grand prize consists of one family bike package voucher from Evans Bikes worth £1500, which is to be won by midnight on 31.07.23. Prizes are not transferrable.

 

8.  No cash or other prize alternative available, in whole or in part, except owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value. 

 

9. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the qualifying purchaser.  

 

10. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

 

11.The Promoter reserves the right to verify all qualifying purchases and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

12. Only in circumstances that make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect on participants. 

 

13. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

 

14. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

 

15. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on UK Law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction. 

 

16. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter's agencies for the purpose of servicing/implementing the promotion.)
