Bridgestone Promotion - Terms & conditions

3rd April – 31st May 2017 (Microsite entry closes Sunday 11th June)

Standard promotion rules:

1. This prize draw is organised and hosted by Bridgestone UK Ltd.

2. The offer is open to all consumers who are UK residents aged 18 and over, except Bridgestone UK Ltd (the "Sponsors") and employees of the participating retail tyre supply branches (and their immediate families), its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this Prize Draw Programme, or trade customers. This offer is open to retail (fitted tyre) customers only and excludes fleets and company vehicle drivers.

3. By participating in the Prize Draw Programme an entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the Prize Draw Programme material.

4. The Prize Draw Programme has a purchase requirement - Entrants must purchase and fit the designated Bridgestone brand tyres in a single transaction during the promotional period in the UK. Designated tyres are all Bridgestone tyres listed and sold by participating retail tyre supply branches.

5. Only one entry per household. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late claims will not be accepted. The Sponsor reserves the right to discard illegible claim forms. The Sponsor reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate. The Sponsor's decision is final. Claim forms and receipts become the absolute property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

6. The Sponsor may contact you with information regarding products, services, events or special offers. Personal information provided will not be distributed or sold on to any third parties.

Promotion specific rules:

1. The Promotion is open in store from 3rd April 2017 and runs until 31st May 2017. Customers must purchase two or more Bridgestone branded tyres from participating Protyre centres, in the same transaction, to qualify for a Unique Reference Number card and complete the online form to claim their reward.

2. For every two (2) Bridgestone tyres a Customer purchases during the promotional period the Customer will have the opportunity to claim a £20 Gift Card* to spend at Sainsbury’s stores.

3. The Customer must visit www.winwithbridgestone.com and enter their unique promotional code (provided at the point of purchase) and complete the required fields to claim their reward.

4. The customer is able to claim their voucher via the promotional microsite until midnight Sunday 11th June 2017. Any claims beyond this date will not be accepted.

5. All Sainsbury’s Gift Cards will be sent via recorded delivery within 14 days of the date of claim to the address provided by the Customer when making a claim.

6. No cash alternatives will be offered.

*Sainsbury’s Gift Cards Terms & Conditions:

1. Gift cards can only be used in Sainsbury’s stores as part or full payment for goods. The card may not be used for purchases from Concessions in Sainsury’s stores or at Sainsbury’s local in partnership with Euro Garages. They cannot be redeemed at www.sainsburys.co.uk  .

2. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay for Sainsbury’s Bank products and services including credit card balances. The initial and subsequent balances can be checked by calling 0800 636262.

3. Sainsburys is not responsible for any unauthorised use of a gift card and reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this service at any time.
