To maintain its safety and preserve its market-leading efficiency, you should keep your electric car serviced at the recommended intervals. Most EVs have a longer service interval than conventional fuel alternatives, but some models need to be serviced more frequently.
If you drive a Kia e-Nero, for example, you should book an electric service for every 10,000 miles you drive or every 12 months – whichever comes soonest. As with any car, use your best judgement.
