BMW X7 Series Tyres
Unveiled in 2018, the X7 builds on the earlier X5 and X3. It is not only the largest SUV crossover in the range, but the heaviest car that BMW has ever made (around 2 ½ tons). Even so, it retains a compact feel despite the 7-seater interior.
It comes in both petrol and diesel versions, and two main trims (the xDrive40i and xDrive50i). Numerous optional packages are available, each bringing a range of enhancements so no two X7’s are necessarily alike. BMW describes it as a “Sports Activity Vehicle”, reflecting its handling which can be enhanced with one of the optional packages.
We wouldn’t suggest much off-road use for such a heavy and luxurious vehicle, but it sits almost as high off the ground as a Landrover and with 22” wheels you’ll safely avoid the ruts on a soft verge or beach.
