COVID-19 What if I get a puncture?

All companies and industries are adapting fast to a new situation and the need for social distancing as much as is practically possible.

Where available we offer a mobile fitting service – call your local centre for advice. Whether we, or an alternative breakdown service, comes to your aid we recommend that you:

Retrieve the locking wheel nut key from the car before the technician arrives, meaning they limit the contact they don’t have to go inside themselves.

  • If your car is at home then we would recommend a ‘dead drop’ key handover by leaving the key on the doorstep when (and ONLY when!) the technician arrives to avoid hand to hand contact.
  • All technicians will be provided with gloves and are cleaning their hands between every job

 While we have all seen increased restrictions on our normal day to day life and we are keeping travel to a minimum, it is still important for us all to have peace of mind that our vehicles are ready in case
