Credit Controller - Gloucester
We require a Credit Controller to work from our Gloucester depot on a part time basis.
The successful applicant will be methodical, have a good telephone manner and be well organised. You must have a good eye for detail and be a good communicator in both spoken and written form. You must be computer literate and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel and Word. Knowledge of on line county court system would be an advantage.

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director the key roles of the position will be to:
• Manage the flow of stock into and between MTS warehouses
• Monitor and address stock availability

We are in the process of developing the site to include MOTs, servicing and mechanical repairs. We will be able to offer the customer a full range of services.
As the Branch Manager of our branch at Bristol you will be accountable for the operation, achievement of targets and growth of the depot. You will maintain the stock values, adhere to company policies and procedures and identify and increase the business opportunities. You will have hands on approach, and be required to ensure that your team deliver excellent customer service and the brand principles in a professional and sales focused manner.
Requirements :
You must be a dynamic manager who is able to accelerate the business growth and ideally have experience in the motor trade or fast fit business. Applicants must have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver exceptional customer service. You must have good man management skills, and be able to coach and mentor the team. You should have a proven background in retail and experience of sales and account management. Knowledge of employment law and health & safety is advantageous.

As Warehouse Operative you will report to the Backshift Manager and will assist with the receiving and despatching of customer tyres.
Requirements :
You will be required to pick orders, load and unload vehicles and put stock away. General housekeeping of the warehouse and assisting customers at collection points. You need to be a team player with an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work. You will need an eye for detail and must be literate and numerate. A full driving license is required as you may be asked to deliver multi drop orders to customer sites.
Hours of work are Sunday to Thursday 1.30pm to 23.30 and additional overtime as required.
