Credit Controller - Gloucester We require a Credit Controller to work from our Gloucester depot on a part time basis. The successful applicant will be methodical, have a good telephone manner and be well organised. You must have a good eye for detail and be a good communicator in both spoken and written form. You must be computer literate and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel and Word. Knowledge of on line county court system would be an advantage.
Requirements :
This position requires you to have a flexible attitude as the hours of work are varied from Monday to Friday approximately 5 hours per day.

To develop & maintain a successful tyre programme within a busy Car Dealership environment, working to a set of clearly defined processes and procedures, whilst ensuring that a successful and profitable relationship is developed between the customer and ourselves.
Requirements :
Applicants should have good customer service and time management skills, be able to work on your own and as part of a team. You will need to have tyre fitting experience including fitting run flats. Logistics Co-ordinator- Micheldever Station An opportunity has arisen to join the purchasing team based at MTS head office. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director the key roles of the position will be to: • Manage the flow of stock into and between MTS warehouses • Monitor and address stock availability • Liaise with key suppliers for delivery arrangements • Post stock • Build load details • Process invoices for key suppliers • Complaint tyre management
Requirements :
The ideal candidate must be highly organised with a high work rate whilst achieving a high accuracy under pressure. Specific experience is not required however, experience in logistics or within a key role within an admin department would be favourable.

Branch Manager - Bristol We require a Branch Manager to oversee our operation at Protyre Bristol. We are in the process of developing the site to include MOTs, servicing and mechanical repairs. We will be able to offer the customer a full range of services. As the Branch Manager of our branch at Bristol you will be accountable for the operation, achievement of targets and growth of the depot. You will maintain the stock values, adhere to company policies and procedures and identify and increase the business opportunities. You will have hands on approach, and be required to ensure that your team deliver excellent customer service and the brand principles in a professional and sales focused manner.
Requirements :
You must be a dynamic manager who is able to accelerate the business growth and ideally have experience in the motor trade or fast fit business. Applicants must have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver exceptional customer service. You must have good man management skills, and be able to coach and mentor the team. You should have a proven background in retail and experience of sales and account management. Knowledge of employment law and health & safety is advantageous.

Warehouse Operative - Airdrid We have a vacancy for a Warehouse Operative to work at our Airdrie Depot. As Warehouse Operative you will report to the Backshift Manager and will assist with the receiving and despatching of customer tyres.
Requirements :
You will be required to pick orders, load and unload vehicles and put stock away. General housekeeping of the warehouse and assisting customers at collection points. You need to be a team player with an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work. You will need an eye for detail and must be literate and numerate. A full driving license is required as you may be asked to deliver multi drop orders to customer sites. Hours of work are Sunday to Thursday 1.30pm to 23.30 and additional overtime as required.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers on their arrival, building retail quotations and advising customers of their vehicle needs. You will be responsible for ensuring the telephone is answered in a timely and professional manner and giving customers an accurate quote.
Requirements :

Wholesale Sales Office General Manager Due to continued expansion, we are now looking to recruit a Wholesale Sales Office General Manager to manage our Telesales operation. Reporting to the Wholesale Director, you will have responsibility for 52 team members based across six locations, although most of your time will be split between the Micheldever, Southam and Elland operations. You will be responsible for developing the telesales account management and analysis function by introducing suitable CRM systems and implementing consistent training programmes.
