Operations Supervisor – Nottingham
We have a vacancy for an operations supervisor at our Nottingham site.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, a flexible approach is needed together with a positive ‘can-do’ mind-set.
The candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability or willingness to work effectively as part of a team and have the ability to work on own initiative to pre-determined KPI’ s and targets in a busy warehouse environment. You should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the need to contribute effectively to driving the Site forward and develop and maintain good working relationship with the Site & Senior Management Team.
Requirements :
Experience in a Warehouse/Stock Control and/or Transport environment is desirable. Candidate will ideally be able to demonstrate knowledge or experience of the general day-to-day running of a Warehouse together with current Transport related issues such as Tacho use / Driver CPC / WTD. Strong basic management skills in communication, team building & team leading and a basic knowledge of Health & Safety in the Working Environment is desirable. Must be PC literate with good basic skills in Word, Outlook (including email) and Excel. Previous experience in computerised Stock Systems would be advantageous.

Warehouse Operative - Airdrie
We currently have a vacancy for a Warehouse Operative to work at our Airdrie Depot reporting to the Warehouse Manager.
You will be required to pick orders, load and unload vehicles, and put stock away. The role will also include general housekeeping of the warehouse and assisting customers at collection points. You may occasionally be asked to deliver multi drop orders to customer sites; this could include some driving of a 3.5 ton vehicle.
Requirements :
You need to be a team player with an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work. You will need an eye for detail and must be literate and numerate. A full driving licence will be required. Experience of warehouse working is desirable, as is knowledge of Health and Safety practices within the warehousing environment.

Tyre Technician – Alcester
We now have a vacancy for a Tyre Technician based at Alcester.
Duties will include motor vehicle tyre fitting. Basic car servicing will be an advantage, as will experience in exhaust and brakes fitting.
Applicants should have previous experience of fast fit tyre fitting, be able to use an alignment machine and understand the reading and relevant adjustments that are necessary. You must hold an NVQ level 2 in a related subject or equivalent.

Marketing Website Designer / Analyst - Micheldever
As the Marketing Website Designer / Analyst you will be required to administer the Protyre and Micheldever websites, including basic web design and updates, e-marketing campaigns, tracking web activity and email campaigns. Maintenance of the web link and branch listings on supplier websites.
The role requires an individual with excellent communication, administration, analytical and numeric ability. The ability to work to tight deadlines. An eye for design is advantageous. You should be enthusiastic, organised and a self starter with a flexible approach.
Requirements :
Your experience should include MS office suite (word, excel and access). Extensive knowledge of email/web design and production using HTML, CSS and Javascript. Experience of print design and production with skills in QuarkXpress, In Design Photoshop, Acrobat and Illustrator. Knowledge of Flash and ASP.NET technologies would be advantageous.
