Duties will include tyre, exhaust and brake fitting. You will carry out alignments on vehicles using the most up to date technology and assist with the upkeep and stock control duties.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, building retail quotations and advising customers of their vehicle needs. You will be responsible for ensuring the telephone is answered in a timely and professional manner and giving customers accurate quotations.
Requirements :
You should have proven sales ability, be able to drive sales leads, convert leads into sales and achieve sales targets. You will have excellent customer service and communication skills with a confident telephone manner. Ideally you will have knowledge of the tyre industry and demonstrate exceptional retail standards.
